Dr. Deepak Kumar Agarwal

Founder & Chairman

Dr. Deepak Kumar Agarwal is a distinguished physician, entrepreneur, and nation-builder whose career reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and public service. Over the last 25 years, he has established himself as one of the most respected names in gastroenterology and healthcare, transforming medical care across Uttar Pradesh and positively impacting the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients. Guided by the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, Dr. Agarwal has founded Vajra Dynamics to extend his vision of national service beyond medicine into the domain of defence manufacturing, believing that a strong nation requires both a robust healthcare system and a secure defence infrastructure.

Mr. Devang Agarwal

Director & Co-Founder

Mr. Devang Agarwal is the co-founder and director of Vajra Dynamics. Representing the new generation of Indian strategic entrepreneurs, he coordinates business expansion and operations, working closely with engineering teams to set up the planned initial USD 25 million high-tech production infrastructure.

Mr. Rajesh Ramchandani

Director - Strategic Initiatives (Defence)

Rajesh Ramchandani, Director - Strategic Initiatives (Defence) is an Indian-German with more than four decades of solid industry experience. In addition to his role at Vajra Dynamics, Rajesh is the Co-founder and former Chairman & Managing Director of Fusion Electronics Pvt. Ltd., India, Managing Director for Deraflex GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) & Owner of Flower Power Training (Germany)

At Vajra Dynamics Rajesh contributes extensive direction in the development of the defence sector, international business expansion, joint venture partnerships and long-term capability building. He bridges European engineering standards with Indian manufacturing agility.
